These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website CheapestOil.co.uk (the "Site"), operated by Cheapest Oil Ltd (NI 071311), Toner and Associates, 403 Lisburn Road, Belfast, BT9 7EW ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
CheapestOil.co.uk is a heating oil and fuel price comparison platform serving Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Great Britain. The prices, supplier listings and related information published on the Site ("Site Content") are compiled by us, including through direct working relationships with fuel distributors and suppliers.
You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, namely to view, compare and decide between heating oil suppliers. You may share links to pages on the Site.
You must not, without our prior written permission:
All Site Content, including the database of supplier prices and listings, the selection, arrangement and presentation of that data, the text, graphics, logos, images, software and design of the Site, are owned by Cheapest Oil Ltd or our licensors and are protected by copyright, database right (under the Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997), trade-mark and other intellectual property laws.
No licence is granted to you to use any of the Site Content other than as expressly permitted in clause 2. Attribution does not constitute a licence.
